Earn Points from your very first Purchase
You can start earning from your first purchase as a silver tier member.
One Encircle Point equals S$ 1
Each encircle point is equal to one singapore dollar. Points will be credited within 24hrs of the transaction.

Platinum Tier
- 0.6% of invoice value as points on plain jewellery(0 - 5% discount)
- 0.3% of invoice value as points on plain jewellery(5.01 - 10% discount)
- 2% of invoice value as points on studded jewellery(0 - 5% discount)
- 1% of invoice value as points on studded jewellery(5.01 - 10% discount)
Gold Tier
- 0.4% of invoice value as points on plain jewellery(0 - 5% discount)
- 0.2% of invoice value as points on plain jewellery(5.01 - 10% discount)
- 1.4% of invoice value as points on studded jewellery(0 - 5% discount)
- 0.7% of invoice value as points on studded jewellery(5.01 - 10% discount)

Encircle Program FAQs
Encircle Rewards is Titan’s Unified Loyalty program where the members can enjoy various benefits & experiences and earn & redeem points with every purchase made in Tanishq store in Singapore.
Encircle Rewards Program is opened to everyone who stays in Singapore and is above the age of 18.
- You can enrol into encircle Rewards program by making your purchase in Tanishq store in Singapore.
- During this process, a unique Loyalty program membership number will be assigned to you and your registered mobile number will be mapped against this membership number. Each mobile number can only be mapped to one Encircle Rewards membership. Please note that your name and mobile number are mandatory for this process.
- OTP verification is a must to enrol into Encircle Rewards Loyalty Program
- On making a purchase at https://www.tanishq.sg/ e-commerce website, you will be enrolled into Encircle Rewards Program soon.
- Encircle Reward Points will be credited to the customers within 24 hours of their transaction in any of our ecommerce websites.
There are three tiers in the program. Silver, Gold, and Platinum
To get upgraded from one tier to the next, you would need the following amount of Encircle points:

- The Reward points are calculated basis the Eligible amount of the product you purchase from the store in Singapore.

Illustration
- If the Silver tier customer is purchasing a plain product worth S$ 1,000 under 0-5% discount, the customer will get 2 reward Points in their Encircle Rewards Account
- If the Platinum tier customer is purchasing a plain product worth S$ 1,000 under 5.01-10% discount, the customer will get 3 Reward Points in their Encircle Rewards Account
- If the Silver tier customer is purchasing a studded product worth S$ 5,000 under 0-5% discount, the customer will get 10 reward Points in their Encircle Rewards Account
- If the Gold tier customer is purchasing a studded product worth S$ 10,000 under 5.01-10% discount, the customer will get 20 Reward Points in their Encircle Rewards Account
- All Encircle Reward points earned will be updated in your account within 24-48 hours of the transaction at stores. Encircle Reward points earned on our tanishq ecommerce website will be credited to your account after 15 days of the transaction.
- The Encircle Reward points earned are valid for 24 months from the date of last transaction and the points are expired by the last date of that Quarter. For example: Encircle Reward points earned on April 2, 2024 will expire on June 31, 2026 if no other transaction has been made before April 2026.
- Encircle Reward Points/tier will be calculated at the end of the day and the new tier will start the next day.
- Partial amount of available points balance is redeemable and there is no limit for redemption.
- 1 Points Value = 1 S$
You can upgrade your tier based on the Encircle Rewards Points accumulated in a period of 24 months from the date of enrolment or the date of your last upgrade/downgrade only through the purchase at Tanishq store or respective brand ecommerce website.
To retain your tier, you should maintain the threshold Encircle Rewards Points for 24 months from the date of tier upgrade. If this criterion is not met, you would be downgraded by one tier. Please refer to the ‘Tiers and Encircle Rewards Points’ table mentioned below for the number of Encircle Rewards Points required to maintain each tier.
Your tier will be valid for two years from the date of your last upgrade.
When you return/change goods that you have purchased, the calculation of Encircle Rewards Points to be debited will be done according to your tier when you made the purchase, not on the lowest tier.
You cannot convert your Encircle rewards points into cash.
No, transferring points to someone else in the Encircle Rewards program is not allowed.
No, your Encircle Rewards membership in Singapore will not be valid in India.
- Birthday and Wedding Anniversary Offers: You can get exclusive offers on your birthday or wedding anniversary which can be availed Tanishq store. The offer will be active in your account only for 30 days (15 days before and after the date of your birthday/wedding anniversary). You can avail all offers but will be restricted to only one-time redemption for each brand during the offer period.
- Exclusive Preview: You get to be the first to check out our new products at exclusive product previews and Trunk shows, which will be communicated to you two or three days in advance.
- Referral Rewards: When you refer someone for the Encircle Rewards Loyalty Program & a referee completes the purchase using the referral code; both you and your referee will get some referral bonus points as referral benefits.

No, the validity of your Titan Encircle membership in India will not be applicable in Encircle Rewards program of Singapore.
Encircle Membership is valid for lifetime, customers do not have the option to deactivate membership. Even If a customer comes back to us after a long gap then also, he/she will be recognized with the same old membership number provided the customer is using the encircle registered mobile number.
Purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards are excluded from Encircle Rewards program.
